About Dr. Vinay Bhat

Dr. Vinay Bhat did his Senior Residency from the Department of Internal Medicine Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital and the Department of Gastroenterology - GB Pant Hospital, New Delhi. During these years he was actively involved in managing general medical, Diabetic and Cardiac patients, besides refining his skills and experience in the field of Gastroenterology. He Also has a post graduate diploma certificate in Diabetes management from University of Leicester, United Kingdom. He has been trained in the field of Diabetes management by Steno Diabetes foundation, Denmark and PHFI. Dr Bhat is actively involved in conducting various seminars related to diabetes in National Capital region for creating awareness about Diabetes among general public. He has presented seminars, journal clubs and unusual clinical cases in academic sessions, API clinical meets and various other forums. He also has experience in clinical teaching of undergraduates, junior residents and postgraduates. He has attended many national and international conferences besides being member of many organizing committees (APICON-2009, RSSDI-UP Chapter-2012) Presently he is working as Senior Consultant Physician in Department of Internal Medicine, Columbia Asia Hospital Ghaziabad and Narender Mohan Hospital, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad (NCR). He is also visiting consultant to Fortis Hospital Noida.
